2015 Diploma of the Americas in International Commercial Arbitration

Part I 9-14 June, Part II 12-16 August | Toronto

The CIArb presents the Diploma of the Americas, a new two-part course modelled on the renowned CIArb Oxford Diploma course to take place at Victoria College, University of Toronto.

This course provides participants with a complete foundation in international commercial arbitration and the opportunity to complete all the examinable requirements for eligibility to apply for CIArb Fellowship. All aspects of the arbitral process will be covered - from the legal framework and drafting the arbitration agreement, on through constituting the tribunal and conducting the proceedings, to delivering the award and consequent proceedings.
